Mike Tyson is a very interesting character. He came out of nowhere and having nothing to being arguably the world’s most well-known boxer. I originally wrote “most famous boxer” but changed it to take his infamy into account. Basically, he lived the American dream. He became one of the most ferocious and feared boxers of all time. He was on top of the world he went through some very dark periods in his life too. I think the key word here is through. Basically the man did some bad things and paid for them and he was given a 2nd chance. His life is like a Hollywood Movie in that respect.

The above t-shirt arrived about a week ago from Mike Tyson Collection. As you can see it is a little tight (and I have a lost a bit of weight). It’s a medium and clearly a slim fit. The t-shirt is like a softer version of American Apparel. I really like the material. Maybe it is American Apparel? Who knows. If it is it’s really a small rather than a medium and the extra softness is just in my head.

As you may have guessed from the first image, it has a printed tag. The design may also look familiar as it is the image of Mike Tyson’s face tattoo. That tattoo was in the news recently as the artist tried to stop the Hangover II being released because he has the image copyrighted. I know, it’s a little strange. But I guess that means that he is earning a bit of cash from every t-shirt sold here too. I think it’s a simple and cool design and very wearable. Fans of Mike Tyson will love it.

It’s a small store with just a few t-shirts at the moment and while they are all “Mike Tyson” t-shirts they are all quite stylish. Not that I’m trying to imply that Mike is not stylish because I think he is. But rather, the Mike Collection is made up of simple and cool tees that you wouldn’t be able to find say, in the WWE shop.
