T-Shirt Hell specializes in t-shirts with controversial designs. That’s their shtick. They don’t mind who they offend and they are happy to offend someone as long as it generates interest in their store that result in sales. It is a pretty cool business model that many have tried to emulate but few have been successful. I find a lot of their tees funny even if it is just the shock value. It doesn’t mean I would wear them but I am entertained by them.

This tee though, neither shocks nor amuses me. I don’t want to wear it either but I am in total agreement with the message. I do believe the Pope should be arrested. In fact not only should he be arrested but she should be locked up for a long time for his part in the protection of pedophile priests who have destroyed hundreds if not thousands of lives. I read somewhere than there are some people in the UK planning to do just that if he steps foot in their country although I am sure a citizens arrest would be very difficult. Some say that because the Pope is the head of state that he cannot be arrested but others say that the Vatican is not officially an independent state so he can be. I’m fairly sure he won’t be arrested but I wish he was. How many people can get away with this type of crime?

In one case it is clear that he aided and abetted in the cover-up of a priest who molested 200 deaf children in his care. How can he even live with himself much less masquerade as God’s representative on Earth. If I were God I would look for a new salesman.
