Is this t-shirt overstepping the mark?

Officer Down T-Shirt at T-Shirt Hell

T-Shirt Hell, as you probably know by now, is famous for its offensive t-shirts and while I haven’t found any that personally offend me there are plenty of shirts there that I would not wear for fear of offending someone else. Today’s new t-shirt is one of those and this is one that I have wonder who in the hell could get away with wearing it. I guess only someone with Downs. What do you think? Feel free to comment below.
