It’s a nice design and definitely something that I would wear but that is not the real reason I am posting about it here. The reason I am posting about it is that is was printed by itself. No, the design didn’t print itself, it was printed by a company called “itself”. I don’t think that I ever stated how ridiculous that name is but let me state it now. It is a ridiculous name.

Anyway the design is by Anonymous but a quick Google tells me it was created by a design team called Yawn as this design had already been submitted to t-shirt design contest giants Threadless and Design by Humans.

I wonder about itself sometimes. It really jumped into the scene claiming to have $4000 dollar prize in it’s ongoing t-shirt contest but the reality is that they have only selected 8 designs since July 2008 and before this design the last design that was selected was January 2009, more than year ago. I have a feeling that Yawn aren’t getting $2000 (They paid $2000 for first print and $2000 more if reprinted)  for the print either though I could be wrong.

I’m guessing the tee has something to do with the Fantastic Mr. Fox.
